REGISTRATION OPEN FOR BANKRUPTCY BENCH PROGRAM

Registration is open for the Business Law Section’s 2026 Judge Michael G. Williamson View from the Florida Bankruptcy Bench, an interactive panel discussion featuring sitting bankruptcy judges on developments affecting business and consumer bankruptcy cases.

The intermediate-level program will be presented November 5 at the USF Health Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation in Tampa and November 6 at Akerman LLP in Miami.

Topics include key developments in consumer and Chapter 11 cases, along with practice pointers and ethical considerations from a judicial perspective.
