E.F. Hutton Returns to Palm Beach with New Office on Historic Bankers Row

NEW YORK, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- E.F. Hutton & Co. ("E.F. Hutton"), a full-service investment bank and broker-dealer headquartered in New York City, today announced that it has signed a lease for a new office at 251 Royal Palm Way on Palm Beach's Bankers Row, known for its concentration of banks and wealth firms. The office will open in Spring 2027, following a build-out of the space.

The Palm Beach office is the firm's latest expansion of its national platform across key U.S. financial markets. It is part of the firm's plan to grow its presence among high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors, institutional investors, and corporate clients across South Florida and beyond.

In recent years, Palm Beach has further established itself as one of the nation's premier financial centers, attracting a significant concentration of family offices, alternative asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. That concentration has created substantial demand for sophisticated wealth management, investment banking, and advisory services.

The office will house E.F. Hutton Wealth Management, an affiliated wealth management firm now being established, along with E.F. Hutton's investment banking and capital markets professionals in South Florida.

E.F. Hutton's Palm Beach heritage dates to the 1920s, when co-founder Edward Francis Hutton and his wife, Marjorie Merriweather Post, built the Mar-a-Lago estate as their winter residence. E.F. Hutton offices operated at The Breakers and the Royal Poinciana Hotel until 1931, when they moved into a new building on South County Road designed by architect Addison Mizner. That building still stands, a short walk from the new office on Royal Palm Way.
